The meetings of the SoCoVal CSD are open to the public. The agendas are posted 72 hours prior to each meeting. The meetings are held on the third Thursday of designated months at 7:30 PM. For a complete list of locations and times of the meetings please contact General Manager Glenn Crowson.

Meetings are held at the Rummonds Center in Thermal, and in the Mecca office communuty room.
